The Afar Regional State Vocational Qualification and Certification Agency is a key institution established at the regional level to implement and facilitate National Occupational Assessment and Certification in the region. It was created from the government’s vision to build a competent and self-reliant workforce that meets labor market demands, thereby contributing to the economic and social development of the country.

Our mission is to ensure that TVET graduates and industry workers possess the skills and competencies required by today’s labor market. Guided by this mission, ARSVQCA works hand in hand with employers, enterprises, workers, and customers who seek quality service and reliable certification.

የአፋር ክልል ሀገር አቀፍ የሙያ ምዘናና ማረጋገጫ ኤጀንሲ በክልል ደረጃ የተቋቋመ ቁልፍ ተቋም ነው። የስራ ገበያን ፍላጎት የሚያሟላ ብቁና በራሱ የሚተማመን የሰው ሃይል ለመገንባት ከመንግስት ራዕይ የተፈጠረ ሲሆን በዚህም ለአገሪቱ ኢኮኖሚያዊ እና ማህበራዊ እድገት አስተዋፅዖ ያደርጋል።

የእኛ ተልእኮ የቴክኒክና ሙያ ትምህርትና ሥልጠና ምሩቃን እና የኢንዱስትሪ ሠራተኞች በዛሬው የሥራ ገበያ የሚፈልገውን ችሎታና ብቃት እንዲኖራቸው ማድረግ ነው። በዚህ ተልእኮ እየተመራ፣ ARSVQCA ጥራት ያለው አገልግሎት እና አስተማማኝ የምስክር ወረቀት ከሚፈልጉ ቀጣሪዎች፣ ኢንተርፕራይዞች፣ ሰራተኞች እና ደንበኞች ጋር አብሮ ይሰራል።
